We are confident the PDI Master Blueprint will help you take delivery of your car with complete peace of mind. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, email us at ask@throttleandtech.com within 7 days and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How refund processing works

  • Time to process: Refund requests are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
  • Time to receive funds: Once initiated, refunds reach your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank and Razorpay’s clearing schedule, which Throttle and Tech does not control.
  • Total time end-to-end: Most customers see the refund in their account within 7-9 business days of their original request.

How to request a refund

Email ask@throttleandtech.com with the following details:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • The Razorpay transaction ID, which is visible in your payment confirmation email
  • A brief reason for the refund (optional — this helps us improve our products)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We are not able to process refunds to a different account or card.

What you should know about our products

The PDI Master Blueprint for new cars is an interactive web tool that runs on your phone. You will perform the inspection yourself at the dealership or stockyard, guided through 60+ checkpoints by the tool. This is not a service where someone visits the dealership on your behalf.

Our other products are delivered as PDF guides via email:

The 7-day refund window starts from the date of purchase, regardless of whether you have used any inspection sessions or downloaded any PDF guides.

Disputes via Razorpay

If you have already raised a dispute through Razorpay or your bank for the same transaction, please let us know in your refund email. We will coordinate with Razorpay to resolve the dispute and prevent any duplication.
