Shipping and Delivery Policy

Throttle and Tech sells digital products only. There are no physical items, courier deliveries, or shipping addresses involved. This policy explains what you receive after purchase, how you access it, and what to do if something goes wrong.

What you are buying

Our products fall into two categories.

Interactive web tool. The PDI Master Blueprint for new cars is a brand-specific, mobile-friendly tool that runs in your web browser. After purchase, you receive an email containing a unique access key. You use this key to log into the tool at throttleandtech.com/pdi and complete a guided inspection of your new car at the dealership or stockyard. Once your inspection is complete, the tool generates a personalised PDF report with your findings.

PDF guides. These are downloadable documents delivered via a secure link in your confirmation email:

How delivery works

Delivery for all products is by email, immediately after successful payment via Razorpay. Within a few minutes of completing payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing either your unique access key and a direct link to the PDI tool, or a download link for your PDF guide, depending on what you purchased.

The email is sent to the address you provided at checkout. If you do not see it within 10 minutes, please check the Promotions and Spam folders of your inbox.

Technical requirements

To use our products, you need:

  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge, updated within the last 12 months)
  • A working internet connection
  • A smartphone with a camera for the interactive PDI tool, as it allows you to capture photos of any issues you find
  • Any device capable of opening PDF files, for our PDF guides

Session limits for the PDI Master Blueprint

Each purchase of the interactive PDI Master Blueprint provides 3 inspection sessions. These sessions are intended for use at the dealership or stockyard during your actual pre-delivery inspection. Sessions are linked to your access key and remain available, but the access key is unique to your purchase and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold to another buyer.

PDF guide access

PDF guides remain accessible via the download link for at least 12 months from the date of purchase. We strongly recommend saving a copy to your device for offline use immediately after purchase.

If you do not receive your delivery

If you have made payment but not received the delivery email within 30 minutes, please write to ask@throttleandtech.com with:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • Your full name
  • The product purchased
  • The Razorpay transaction ID, which is visible in your Razorpay payment confirmation

We will respond within 24 hours and resolve the issue, which may include resending your access key or download link.

No physical shipping

There are no physical products, no courier deliveries, no shipping addresses required, and no shipping charges. The address you provide at checkout is collected for billing and order records only, and is not used to send any physical items.
